Criminal Defense

Our Criminal Defense practice is firmly based on the experience of Collin Kennedy as an assistant district attorney in Harris County for 4 years.  Mr. Kennedy has the know-how to aggressively defend clients accused of assault and battery, DWI, juvenile offenses, white collar crimes, major felonies and drug and narcotic violations among other criminal allegations.

  • Texas v. K.S. - Class A misdemeanor reduced to Class C misdemeanor and record expunged.
  • Texas v. J.K. - Jury found client not-guilty of the highest charge of Aggravated Robbery and guilty of a lesser-included offense.
  • Texas v. S.T. - Case dismissed and record expunged.
  • Texas v. J.O. - Case dismissed and record expunged.
  • Texas v. M.O. - Case dismissed and record expunged.
  • State v. D.D. - Jury found client not-guilty of Assault and record expunged.
  • State v. A.T. - Case dismissed and record expunged.
  • State v. J.D. - Grand Jury no-billed Felony theft case against client.
  • State v. C.G. - State dismissed Assault case on day of trial.
  • State v. B.S. - State agreed to reduce 2 counts of Felony vandalism to misdemeanors. Client received deferred adjudication.
  • State v. S. M. - State dismissed Felony Burglary case on day of trial.
  • State v. D.M. - Grand Jury no-billed Felony Aggravated Assault case against client.
  • State v. M.H. - Case dismissed and record expunged.
