We have represented clients on insurance matters involving premises liability, commercial liability, bad faith, casualty, property and construction insurance issues.  Our experience allows us to examine insurance issues from both the insurer and insured’s perspective.  We have handled both coverage actions and direct defense actions under insurance policies for our clients, as well as subrogation actions and contract actions involving insurers.
