 Overview

We have represented numerous individual and corporate clients in litigation involving contractual disputes, partnership disputes, employer/employee disputes, securities-related litigation, misappropriation of trade secrets, conversion of corporate assets, breach of contract, collections, fraud, fraud in the inducement, non-competition agreements, promissory notes and guarantees and other business-related litigation matters.  We have also represented clients in estate/probate litigation matters including:  trust disputes; fiduciary duty litigation; bad faith actions; beneficiary rights; accountings; guardianship contests, appointments and removals; and other trust and probate code issues.  We have also successfully represented individuals in defense of a wide range of criminal charges against them.

We believe immersing ourselves in our client’s business and understanding financial obligations and responsibilities, relationships with employees, contractual/good-will relationships, and structure or organizational makeup are essential parts of assisting in achieving our client’s business litigation goals.  Obviously, our business clients are not in the business of being sued or suing; that is why you hire us.  In contrast, our clients charged with criminal offenses expect a vigorous defense and we embrace the challenge of holding the government’s feet to the fire and fighting to protect the constitutional rights of our clients.

When litigation becomes a necessity, your complex problem requires a winning solution.
