Experience

While in law school, Mr. Hafen was an assistant editor of the Monthly Report of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration; he was a member of the SMU Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team for two years running; he clerked for the international arbitration practice group of an international law firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina; and he was a student member of the William "Mac" Taylor Inn of Court.

Mr. Hafen joined Hanshaw Kennedy after graduating from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Mr. Hafen concentrates his practice on business and estate litigation matters.
