
Associate
Mr. Kendall earned both his Bachelors and Masters degrees in accounting, with an emphasis in taxation, from Texas Tech University in 1999 after passing his Certified Public Accounting examination in May, 1999.
Upon graduating from Texas Tech University, Mr. Kendall joined the Dallas office of the international accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as an associate specializing in federal and state tax compliance and consulting for individuals, corporations, and flow-through entities.
Before joining Hanshaw Kennedy, LLP in June, 2007, Mr. Kendall was an associate in the Collin-County based law firm of Albin Harrison Roach, PLLC.
"Accountants, Attorneys, and Enron: An Analysis of the Debacle and Implications for Future Corporate Practice Under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act" that was published in the Regent University Law Review.
