Mr. Kennedy has successfully represented his clients in a variety of litigation matters in Collin, Dallas, Tarrant and Denton counties. Prior to founding the law firm of Hanshaw Kennedy, LLP, Mr. Kennedy was an associate of the firm of Doyle, Restrepo, Harvin, & Robbins in Houston and was previously a prosecutor for the Harris County District Attorney's Office, where he tried in excess of 35 cases to a jury.
