Daniel represents businesses and individuals in business litigation matters. Daniel’s diverse experience and unique background are pivotal in being able to advise clients on a variety of different matters.
Daniel was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas. He moved to the DFW area in 2018 to attend SMU. Daniel graduated with a major in Philosophy and a minor in Law and Legal Reasoning from Southern Methodist University in 2018. He then received his J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2021. Before joining Hanshaw Kennedy Hafen, Daniel obtained diverse and valuable experience. While in law school, Daniel worked for a national Plaintiff’s firm in their Wage and Hour division and externed with a publicly traded international company in the restaurant industry as part of SMU’s Corporate Counsel Externship Program. Daniel also studied abroad at Oxford University studying comparative law and complex litigation. After graduation, Daniel joined an insurance defense firm gaining valuable hands-on litigation experience.
Daniel joined Hanshaw Kennedy Hafen, LLP in 2022. Originally from Brownsville, Texas, Daniel now lives in Dallas. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys attending Dallas Mavericks, Cowboys, Stars and Texas Rangers games.
