Ryan Bennett zealously represents businesses and individuals in business litigation matters. He is dedicated, motivated, and passionate to do the job right. Ryan’s Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech Rawls College of Business as well as his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University helped him gather a wide breadth of knowledge regarding business matters.
Ryan was born in Washington State but moved to Flower Mound, Texas when he was only five years old. He has been building his life and cultivating his relationships here ever since. Ryan graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University in 2019 while earning his BBA in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship, and then graduated cum laude from Texas Tech School of Law. Ryan also earned his MBA from Texas Tech University (TTU), graduating with a 3.9 GPA in 2022.
During law school, Ryan diligently practiced his advocacy skills in numerous National and in-school Mock Trial, Moot Court, Negotiations, and Pretrial competitions. These include TYLA’s National Mock Trial Competition, Stetson Law’s National Pretrial Competition, where his team won Best Brief, San Diego Law’s National Criminal Procedure Moot Tournament, and the American Association for Justice’s National Student Mock Trial Advocacy competition. Ryan also served on TTU Law’s Board of Barristers organization where he coached, judged, and mentored other law students to help hone their advocacy skills.
Additionally, Ryan developed excellent research and writing skills during law school from his two years of experience working on the prestigious Texas Tech Law Review Journal, where he edited professional articles, led about 30 of his peers, and published an article of his own. He also spent two years working for LexisNexis, a legal research platform, as a Lexis Associate.
Ryan also garnered valuable experience representing several clients in his last year of law school while he participated in the Family Law & Housing Clinic at TTU Law.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys weightlifting, reading, listening to motivational speakers, and hanging out with his girlfriend and family.
