Alyssa is a skilled estate planning attorney and can help you achieve your goals both during your lifetime and after. Alyssa also practices in uncontested and contested guardianship proceedings to protect loved ones and their assets. Alyssa also practices probate litigation to help family’s through uncontested or contested disputes regarding a departed loved one’s assets to ensure their wishes are met after their passing.

Alyssa enjoys the challenge of crafting creative agreements to best serve her clients and zealously advocating for her clients in court when necessary. She is skilled at assisting her clients navigate their cases to achieve their goals both inside and outside the courtroom.

When Alyssa is not in the office advocating on other family’s behalf, she loves spending time with her husband, step-daughter and recently born son at home.
