Ju Zhao

Ju is a thoughtful and analytical legal professional practicing primarily in the areas of Litigation and Healthcare Law. Her background in international affairs and applied mathematics brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to every matter she handles.

 

Ju graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs and Applied Mathematics, then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to a federal bankruptcy judge in the Northern District of Texas, an experience that gave her an inside view of how federal courts work. She was also inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national honor society that recognizes excellence in oral advocacy and brief writing.

 

Ju joined Hanshaw Kennedy Hafen in 2026. Outside of the office, Ju enjoys traveling, playing squash, watching documentaries, and cooking.
